• Saturdays: 08:30 AM – 12:30 PM
• Sundays & Public Holidays : Emergency services only (24 hours)

If you have made a reservation

Please proceed directly to the relevant department, confirm your reservation, and receive your consultation.

If you do not have a reservation

Please register for your consultation at the Admissions Desk, then proceed to the appropriate department.

Payment Information

After paying your consultation fee, our staff will kindly guide you to your next destination (e.g. examination room, treatment room, etc.).

Upon payment, a receipt and an external prescription will be issued if medication is prescribed.

If the medication is prescribed in-house, please collect it at the in-house pharmacy on the 1st floor.
