Hyundae Hospital's Emergency Medicine Department specializes in providing professional and swift assessments and treatments for acute diseases and injuries, with the goal of saving patients' lives. Our team works to stabilize patients and restore their condition to normal or near-normal levels as quickly as possible, enhancing the effectiveness of ongoing treatment. This field requires extensive medical knowledge and advanced skills in emergency care. Our Emergency Center is the first in the Gyeonggi region to have six emergency medicine specialists, playing a central role in emergency medical services in the northern part of the region. The center is equipped with the latest patient monitoring devices in dedicated beds for critically ill patients, a treatment room for trauma patients, observation beds for patients requiring monitoring, and a separate pediatric observation room. Additionally, we have state-of-the-art emergency medical equipment, including ventilators, defibrillators, blood warmer infusion devices, ultrasound machines, as well as specialized facilities such as an emergency surgery room, emergency radiology room, CT room, and an emergency clinical pathology laboratory. Our goal is to provide comprehensive, rapid, and life-saving care to all patients in need.
